Refunds and Cancellations

  • Goods sold are non-refundable.
  • Service cancellations are not permitted once repair or delivery is in progress.

Payment Methods and Fees

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayNow, and PayLah (preferred payment methods with no handling fee and transaction limit).
  • For Visa, MasterCard, or Amex:
    • Domestic transactions: 2.5% handling fee.
    • International transactions: 3.5% handling fee, regardless of the transaction amount.
  • A handling fee of 2.5% applies for GrabPay and ShopeePay transactions exceeding $1,000.

Pricing and GST

  • Extreme Evolution is not GST registered, and all advertised prices are net, with no additional GST charges.

Uncollected Devices

  • Faulty or unrepaired devices not collected within 90 days will be disposed of at no charge.
  • No compensation will be provided for any losses resulting from such disposal.
